BASKETBALL & SAQ Camp’s – focuses on preparing students/athletes to stay in shape throughout the school year. Our camp involves track and field exercises. We combine basketball with conditioning and technical training!
• Day 1 & 2 – Basketball Skills & Speed
• Day 3 & 4 – Defense Skills & Power
• Day 5 – Mini Tournament

CAMP 1 – PASS THE ROCK designed to strengthen the upper body and improve passing skills… A correct pass leads to a good jump shot!
Available at BISS Puxi (December 19th to December 23rd) and The Arch Residence (December 19th to December 23rd)
CAMP 2 – 1000 Jump Shots designed to develop shooting accuracy, and character development. Coaches go over footwork,
aggressiveness, mentality and all around skills of a marksman.
